DETOX PROGRAM
As a holistic program, our goal is to help women heal at the mind, body, and soul levels. This means that detox also includes ridding yourself of the toxic thoughts, beliefs, behaviors, and patterns that interfere with your well-being. Our caring professionals are here to help you heal during every phase of detoxification, from withdrawal to each next step in building a sustainable recovery based on a healthy lifestyle.

Trauma Treatment Center
The Retreat is Villa Kali Ma’s unique healing retreat center for women, located in luxurious Rancho Santa Fe, California.
The Retreat is a licensed mental health and trauma treatment facility, where women are supported to heal through the most up-to-date trauma treatment approaches in the field.

Holistic Residential Treatment
Residential treatment is favored where possible because it provides a protected environment in which you are insulated from any opportunities to relapse.
Residential treatment is frequently preceded by medically supervised detox to help a person through the withdrawal process safely, and followed by a less structured level of care, called Intensive Outpatient. Villa Kali Ma has treatment options for all levels of care: detox, inpatient, outpatient, and partial hospitalization.

INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM
The goal of IOP’s is to maximize the quality, frequency, and effectiveness of addiction and mental health treatment in a way that allows you to remain fully engaged with your daily activities and your family.

When we learn to treasure our own existence and forgive ourselves for our past mistakes, then we can truly be happy, joyous and free. Positive Psychology
At Villa Kali Ma we use a positive approach to healing, focusing on and cultivating the positive emotions of Love, Compassion, Gratitude, Joy, Hope, and Forgiveness. Positive emotions are outward focused and help us to connect to others. We believe that the opposite of addiction is connection. Healing happens when we reconnect to community, to family, to true friends, to mother nature, and to purpose and meaning in our lives.
Mindfulness Meditation
At Villa Kali Ma, we offer a truly empowering program of ancient spiritual principles and practices which have been proven to be powerful tools for healing and transformation for thousands of years. Our goal is to guide women through the process of recovery and help them develop a strong foundation on which to build a new way of life. Women will learn proven techniques and practices that reduce fear, anxiety, depression, and negative self-talk and encourage self-compassion, forgiveness, and discovery of the higher self within.
